Info needed on last year that Maitland Steamfest tour trains went to Neath?

I'm looking for information on the last year that Maitland Steamfest tour trains (not the regular service that ended in 1972) went from Maitland to/from Neath on the Cessnock (S.M.R.) line.

3112 definitely worked a service in '94, and I'm fairly certain that was the last. I COULD be wrong, however!

You are wrong - I have found info that several Maitland Steamfest trips took place on 27 &/or 28 April 2002 - which is why it took me a long time to find the information, as I was searching around the 1994 - 1996 mark!

You're right with the engine though.
