Industrial wasteland is doing my head in.

Back to the studio!
Howdy guys,
Just installed trainz 2009 on to the 3rd computer in my family. All the routes are fine except one. Industrial wasteland is really starting to annoy me now. I have an NS 1600 coupled to a line of Brennatg Tankers however when I try to fill them up with aviation gas at MV International it comes up with ScriptError Command Not Handled train.gs (Null) exceptance. It works on all the other routes. As well as this, a First group BR class 158 does not show up. It says something similar to the one above despite me getting the kuid and all. Last the Container place at western seaport refuses to unload all my 40ft boxcars. The PC is a brand new alien ware gaming pc with Windows 7, quad core 6GB of memory all the latest drivers and Directx 9.0.
Please help

I dont drive this route and cant give you a definite answer because I cant find the tankers that you refer too but the error message is likely to be linked to your choice of rolling stock. Try using different tankers that are capable of carrying aviation fuel and see if that helps

MV International only accepts aviation fuel and diesel so you cannot load fuel at this industry. The NS1600 and Brenntag tankers unloaded without a problem, when I tried giving the train the load command it just went straight through the unloading area.

I am not sure why you cannot unload your boxcars at Western Seaport because they did when I tried. Are you driving the trains yourself or giving them drive to followed by an unload command? I gave the train the drive to/unload commands and the boxcars were unloaded one at a time at the very middle of the goods area so if you are driving the train yourself you might be missing the unload point.

Hope this helps.

no help

hi dnevans8,
I have tried VTG tankers and and am now trying to unload aviation fuel at MV but it comes up with the same script error as before. As well the train with the 40ft boxcars is being driven with the drivet to command and then load. So no luck.
Please help:(

Well, I'm the one that authoured Industrial Wasteland. The 'Airport Industry' is by Auran (As are all industries on that map) so if your getting a script error all I can do is point the finger there. No Assets were changed when I built the route (way back in 2006) All industries on that map also assume you are using the Auran rolling stock for operations.

Cheers

Uracco,
I do not use that rolling stock and have not time to fiddle with much so I can offer this possible way of finding the problem.
In Railyard, select the rolling stock being used, not just the tankers but every item in the train. Look for the red dot in the lower right each time, if it shows, that asset is giving an error.
Also on a bare baseboard, place the Airport industry and look for the red dot again.
If none of this produces the red dot in the lower right, all the assets are fine and the problem lies elsewhere.

Finally if you can produce this problem again, take a screenshot of the exact error message and try posting it.

Thanks

Hi StorkNest
Thanks for your help it turned out that there was a script error on the tankers as it showed the red light, which I have been getting loads of recently. All is running smooth now, apart from the 158 which I deleted from the route and replaced with a Pendolino.

Thanks
Uracco:) :)
