Increasing the volume of rolling stock?

Hello,
I recently removed the sound of jointed rails on my Trainz game as my Trainz route uses Welded track.
Without the sound of joined rails when some trains pass by there is virtually no sound coming from the coaches, only from the engines which seems fake. Is there a way I can increase the whooshing sound of the coaches so it sounds like a real train when they pass by?
