Thank you so much, but, i am fairly new to trains and cant figure out the content manager, so if you could get them as cdps, i would be grateful.

Im sorry, but i am a complete idiot. if there is any way you could get me the cdps. I at least know how to do them. Plus. when i go to download, it says that the page cannot be found.

I see from your banner that you have TRS2006.

Do you have a First Class Ticket? If you don't, then although the posted link will get you so far, the actual download will be blocked unless you have bought an FCT and activated it.

Not a popular decision for users of TRS2006 and earlier, but that is the way things are now! :(

I am actually even surprised that I am able to even view that pack on the DLS.

Regards.

Users should not be sending other users CDP files, as it is effectively breaking the Planet Auran rules. What users can do though, is send links to where the content is (if it's on the DLS or a third-party site)

Make sure you have a First Class Ticket, in order to download the content.

If you are getting a specific error message when downloading, please post it here.

Really?! LOL, I've been sending CDP files to people who've emailed me asking for content. So not only can't I upload files to the DLS, I can't send my own content in a CDP file? Maybe I'm misunderstanding this.

It wouldn't be the first time:hehe:

If you are the one who created the content, then it is possible to send users a copy.

If you are not the person who created the content, then it would be breaking the rules to send the assets to others without the creator's permission.

That is the question...

I just wonder... If I want to download some freeware content - for example the UP Turbine loco - I have to buy the FCT from Auran? Doesen't look like freeware to me. Does anybody have the same opinion?

I will try to ask the authors if they will send me a cdp file with their content, because Auran wants to pay for it and I guess they won't get a dime from FCT income. So wish me luck. :)

(Don't take it too seriously, I am just a poor student who wants to avoid as much expenses as possible.)

You seem to be missing the point.

The content is free. The reason you need an FCT is because you have an unsupported product.

If you buy and register TS2009 or later, you can reinstate the free access for at least another year or two.

Yea without a first class ticket it takes ages and ages to download from the DLS.
