Impossible to enter rolling stock

I cannot enter rolling stock in trainz 2019. In addition, existing rolling stock in the route is referred to as missing depencies.

Might be worth checking in Content Manager to see if there are any missing dependencies or faulty assets for the route/session (including payware (not active) items).

Completely erasing and then reinstalling solved the problem.
