I'm scared and I don't know why.

Yesterday I got a new 3 month FCT for the DLS and today it was working fine up to around 8:30 P.M. EST and now it says I need to buy a new one and it's not recognizing me. Any help would be appreciated. and it says something about a 100MB quota being reached and I haven't downloaded nearly as much as that today.
 
You say you got a new one, is it possible you've just finished off the old one, and now need to activate the new one?

Nope my old one died over a month ago. This one is brand new and its been activated as of yesterday. (I hope I didn't waste $10.00 just for 1 day)

Ant, have you tried removing and then replacing your username and password at Planet Auran, and then in your CM? Sometimes that works.
 
Two things:

1.Make sure you activated the ticket on the Download Tickets page.
2.Change your password in your Planet Auran profile (make sure Trainz is not running - you can re-enter the same one)

The odd thing is I can still download from the DLS.
 
I have yet to confirm, but it may be a widespread problem that cropped up recently. A similar problem is reported in "No CD key found".
 
It just fixed itself. I still don't understand what happened :confused:

Probably a Server glitch, it's not always logging in first time here at the moment, I just shut content manager down and try again in a few minutes, usually works then.
