Could anyone save my mind from insanity by telling me what to do when

05:30:08 PM - Retrying download.

Oh yeah, I can get on the DLS, but when I click 'download' and the trainz helper comes up on some content it will download with no problems but some stuff it says its retrying the download which it does several times then fails. the same content always has the same problem

It could be the content is not compatible with 2004.

OK. I will check the asset involved, as some assets have to be downloaded using a different method (using the View Asset History option and the FTP download option).

If you filter the search to 2004 only and type in Eurostar the cars on that dont work either

Have you tried downloading the affected asset by clicking Download Page followed by Download (FTP)?

It's a builtin in TS12. Oil Rig by threeheadedmonkey, Trainz build 1.3 and I found it on the black pages by just ticking all boxes. so it does exist and it does download as I checked.

If it's trainz-build 1.3, it may already be built-in to TRS2004.

ah, now it randomly says 'the connection with the download station was interrupted'

That sounds like a connection issue to me. Make sure the Download Helper has permission to access the Internet, and is running as administrator if using Windows Vista or 7.

how do I give it internet access?

You need to create an exception in your firewall software. As we do not know what firewall you are using, we cannot advise on that.

it does download most stuff but my most desparate problems are the LT D stock TC and UNDM (which you have to use the link on the link on AJS' to access the '04 version) and the Crown City LV route can anyone help with these?
