G'Day All, I need kuid:44090:57098 for a number of items in TRS2004-2006, can any one help me. I have searched the dls and google, the lead on google was cdp2 and no good for me.

That item should be on the DLS.

It is on the DLS but it is only available for Trainz classics 1&2. It is a texture for vac pipes.

G'Day All, at this point in time (being unemployed with a family) there is no way I will "You'll need TC1 ,2 or 3, TS2009 or TS2010 to be able to get that", and that is also a copout.
It must have been available before but obviously when upgraded was removed by someone which adversely affects anyone on the older versions. Then I suppose it is one way to try and sell the newer versions and is something which really annoys me.

The only assets that use this should be the TC3 and TS2009SnC stock. It looks like somebody has uploaded something that uses it without thinking about the consequences.

Why is this so? It is required by a lot of rolling stock for TRS04 & 06. But don't worry you guys with your TRS 09 and 10 will get your turn in a few years when stuff mysteriously disappears from the DLS and causes you to have broken items and I only hope that the newer generation are as helpful and sympathetic to you as you have been to me.

Nice theory and completely wrong. I don't suppose you are particularly interested in the reason (as you'll have to find something else to rant about) but other people might be. 2512:13:1 doesn't need 44090:57098 (as you can easily verify by downloading it). 2512:13:2 does - because this was released as an upgrade for users of TC3. 2512:13:2 isn't on the DLS because it's only of interest to users of TC3 and above. Users of TRS2004 and TRS2006 shouldn't need 2512:13:2, so use 2512:13:1 instead.

I suspect want has happened is that somebody has uploaded something that specifically calls for 2512:13:2 in the config, although why they should do that when it's not on the DLS I can't imagine, especially as the config should reference 2512:13 to pick up the latest installed version of the asset.

I can't upload a new version of the vac pipe asset to the DLS because it's not mine. I have uploaded 44090:57098:3 to the DLS with a build number of 2.4 as I can't see another way of sorting this out.
