I NEED HELP QUICKLY ENYONE PLEASE!!!!

Can someone help me out here because whenever i try to start up CONTENT MANAGER PLUS it loads for about 4 seconds then comes up an errorbelow is what it says about the error

AppName: contentmanager.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.12345 ModName: contentmanager.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.12345 Offset: 000665f5

Can someone please send me a message back telling me how to sort this out and how to get on Content Manager Plus.
I mainly want to get on Content manager plus for PAINT SHED so if enyone knows a shortcut on how to get to PAINTSHED without using Content Manager Plus please send me a message telling me how to get it thanks very much

Several answers spring to mind. Firstly, what version of Trainz or TRS are you using. Do you have the latest drivers? Run dxdiag.exe and post the specs here or better yet, drop into chat where you might get your problems solved right away. That's what we're there for.....that and hiding out.
