I am working in a already made map and see these signs all along the rail just don't know what they are. Any help would be great.

Looks like a mile/kilometer marker. No idea what 'CL' stands for though, perhaps a code for the route (usually you'd have seperate mile marks for each route, so where two routes join you could conceivably go from, say, mile 123.0 to mile 35.0)

Oz or US?

It looks Oz or US, maybe somebody from over there can shed some light on it.

It does seem to be a mileage mark of some sort though.

I've just had a look at Robe River Iron, TRS2004, and this sign shows in the Australia Trackside Objects menu as "Sign Bboard 10" etc. - there are a good many of them, often in multiples of five. What the abbreviation "Bboard" means I have no idea - but the strange thing is that "Sign Bboard 10" actually appears at the lineside showing "7.2", "100" appears as "72" and "138" as "99.36" - and changing between metric and imperial makes no difference!
