I came here looking for help , I guess that was a waste of my time . I have major issues with Train Sim powered by Trainz 12 . I rebooted it , tried to install a patch . The clowns who in the past advised me that it was my system at fault , sadly those clowns are wrong . I've been led a merry dance down the garden path to the clowns thank you .
Hence I came to the decision asking for help was wasting my time ....

If you can't help or advise on curing a problem, simply shut up

Not sure who you are calling clowns, but there are guidelines on how to install a patch correctly. If you cannot follow those then it's likely you will have problems.

If you want help with a patch related problem, be more specific on what errors you are getting (and post on the forums as well)

I agree they are a bunch of clowns what kind of software company advertises all kinds of downloads and when you buy them they are faulty and cant use them.
they also tried to blame it on my high end gaming PC which i have no problem with any other DLC's that i have downloaded with other software programs.

Do you have proof that it's not your PC or other software at fault? You need to create a forum post (like I've advised Stanierfan to do) including your system details and what you've tried to install (and what errors you have had).

Yea because i was successful in getting four other engines i would not complain if it was the free stuff.
then in download manager it shows on one a yellow puzzle and the other one a red puzzle piece.
I also ordered the container yard and if the rolling stock is empty when you go into the loading platform the containers load at the top only so they look like they are floating.

Anyway a consumer that is paying for a product should not have to figure out basically on their own why something they pay for is not working.
That would be like buying a new car that does not start the dealer telling you to take it home and figure it out.

You do not need to figure it out if you use the resources on these forums. The Blogs page, as I've told StainerFan, is not the place for support requests - these need to be made on the Forums page under the version you have.

I'm afraid it appears that that is exactly what you have to do - figure it out alone. I have had this for one month and still am unable to run any scenario properly as so much is "missing" It seems you have days of simply waiting until hundreds of files download at 5kbs with 100Mb daily limit. As far as I see it was a mistake to buy.

blindside39 - that's normal regarding the 5 kb/s speed if you don't purchase a First Class Ticket. Can I also suggest you do a forum post as the blogs page is not read very often apart from specific content creation or route announcement blogs.

I tell you what go to jointed rail they helped me out alot on all kinds of stuff.plus they have all kinds of free highly detailed engines and wagons.
they are way more detailed even more so than the origanal trainz 12 items.
Plus they may be able to do a remote session with you.
I bought a bunch of stuff and downloaded all kinds of free stuff they ask for donations on the free stuff i sent them a donation because the product you get for free is so nice i felt guilty on downloading so much without paying for it.
people work hard on it.
all there engines and wagons are so much more detailed that i started disabling all the original and the items i downloaded off the download station.
they only have a couple of buildings though get them from download station.
