I can't download anything!!!

Please can someone help me. In Content Manager, when I download stuff it says "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD, SERVER FULL, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER", now I've tried for 2-3 days now and it still says the same. can someone help?
 
If you don't have a First Class Ticket (FCT) your accessing the DLS via a very slow connection with limited available slots, hence you'll get that alot, especially on weekends. But the FCT if you want good access to the DLS.

There are a zillion threads and messages about this issue on the forum - please do a 'search' before starting a message thread.
 
But since you asked, the area of Australia where Auran and the DLS is located is devastated by massive flooding. It is a wonder It and this forum work at all.
