Hey Guys and Gals,

I am trying it insert an image from my HDD and flash drive into one of these posts, I am having a couple of hassles and I'de like to attach these images in to the post so I can show you the image rather than type the problems out, the only things I can find is things from the WWW.

Any ideas????

You can't attach an image directly in your post. The image has to be hosted somewhere, such as imageshack, and then the link to the image is inserted in your post.

I use Photobucket for my free hosting. Doesn't cost you anything but you will have to register with a username and password, as is usual on most of those places and many more.

It is simple and painless so good luck and we hope to see your shots very soon.

Very good advice there by all. I use Image Shack, but there are other upload sites that are just as well. What you are doing there is using a free upload site to host your images which can then be linked to the Forum here.

I personally use ImageShack, but be aware that if you have more than a certain amount of images stored on said site, you will lose some (unless you have a paid-for account)

Also, I'd advise keeping copies of the images that you upload somewhere safe on a hard drive as well, just in case something happens to the site that you uploaded the images to.
