How to run trainz2012 or 2010 in Windowed Mode

Hello,

We would like to access the FPS display and understand that it is visible only when running Trainz2012 or 2010 in Windowed Mode.

We looked in the manual, but could not seem to locate the procedure to change (and run) Trainz2012 in Windowed Mode.

What procedure or Keystroke is needed to run Trainz2012 in Windowed Mode?

Any assistance greatly appreciated!
