I'm unable to release the Locomotive Brake on "VTL 71-608KM V3 Towtram" <kuid:878618:16052021>, a Russian tram. It's a version 4.8 build, downloaded in CM, no errors or warnings nor missing dependencies.
In DCC mode, pressing W or X merely causes the control knob to move a little, immediately jumping back to 0.
In CAB mode, all controls - both the onscreen sliders and the keyboard combinations - are functioning. Except the locomotive brake slider, which remains stuck at 75%, and jumps back to that point when moved with the mouse.
And the strange thing: when I Ctrl-rightclick on the car, and select Drive, the car takes off and runs very nicely!
What can I do to release the Loco Brake (Independent Brake) on this car? Your helpful hints will be appreciated.
