This commodity is a category kuid:-3:10040 which is bulk load, not liquid load, so you can use it like any other bulk load item. I cloned 2bayACF UP #490491,<kuid:64038:251075> and edited the config.txt file to change:

It commited w/o error and works in Surveyor.
