how to install layout downloads??

I have downloaded the Gipsland VR and Chicargo layout for TC 3 from the download station....but I don't know how to install them into the game.....can anyone help me install please.

Hello

Double click the CDP file,
In CMP click the Open for Edit tab,
Then right click menu appears Select All,
Then finally right click mouse button menu appears go to Edit then select Commit.
