How to delete an entry portal from a route ?

How do you delete an entry portal from a route ? I want to merge a route that has entry portals on it with another route, but it has an entry portal where I need to merge / connect the tracks of the two routes. I can't figure out how to delete the entry portal, as I couldn't find it in any of the survey options to delete it. Any suggestions ?

Make sure you are on the route layer, not the session layer. Also make sure you unlock the layers.
