how to create a square plateau?

In the landscape editor, I can't create a square or rectangular plateu. There seem to be only swimming pool like displacements, but no square hightened plateaus, to for instance have a railway station area neatly raised 10m above the sourrounding area. What am I missing?

Have you tried reducing the radius to a minimum and then using the plateau option?

The cut and paste tool is helpful for getting things straight and square.
