How long does it take helpdesk to respond?

Eleven days ago I opened a ticket at the helpdesk because not one but three versions of the game seems to be corrupted after installing new drivers for my graphics card. Somewhere the registry entries of trainz/CMP have been corrupted and BEFORE i want to do a clean install of my OS I would like to hear Auran's opinion and possibly a suggestion about the cause of the problem. So far I haven't had ONE single response to my ticket and am not been able to solve the problem by myself. Needless to say I am quite disappointed.
