How Do You Install a NEW VERSION?

As an example Crushed Cars is the latest with a New Version. I used to just download and it would almost always become obsolete. This item - nothing happens. What is the latest procedure for New Version Available?

The new version available is not always on the DLS. It may be part of a DLC package that you once had but may have removed. Click on asset versions to get a clearer picture of which is the latest.

<kuid2:124017:27007:1> Crushed Cars by maddy25 has been obsoleted by <kuid2:124017:27007:2> Crushed Cars, uploaded to DLS Sept 6. This is a commodity.
There is also <kuid2:124017:20069:1> Crushed Cars uploaded Apr 9, 2006 that has not been updated, still version 2.0.
