How do i make a Hornsound lounder?

Amplify it.

To make it louder, you'll need to edit the audio file with an audio editor. You can make it louder, but make sure you don't overdo it. Over doing it will cause distortion of the audio file.

You can use the Equalise and Normalise functions in Audacity to amplify sounds without amplifying the small sounds that do not need to be heard.
