do thy have a tel # to call them ? i try the download manager helper dont download nothing . this company dont have tech help ?

You don't say which version of Trainz or exactly what the problem is with abit more information you may get some help.

Strangely enough the forum is probably the best source of technical help at the moment. There is very little that is beyond it either search the subject or ask a question.

There is a newcomers sticky post that covers most questions.

Which version of Trainz do you have and what is the precise question?

i have train z 2006 ver 2.6 . i have set up the content manager +

set up the internet and put in my id in . i have try to download the missing

depensencies buy right click on the icon and download nothing happning .

how do i get this problem solved ?

Do you have the build number, there is a service pack for TRS2006 for TRS2006 that tends to help these matters. Also post in the TRS2006 forum under Maintenance of Way - Support as people there are more familiar with its foibles. Actually if you do a search in there for cmp you should find the answer to your problem. There are a number of things it can be from build number to firewall configuration. It's helpful to know the operating system etc. as there are some configuration issues with Vista.

Sometimes the missing dependencies are either not on the DLS or are among the undownloadable faulty DLS assets.

Can you tell us what you are trying to download so we can eliminate the above problems.

i did manage to download some of the programs but sometimes i have
missing dependencies and when i right click on it and try to download it nothing happens . the help desk never awnser any tickets i have send them . we pay money for there softwear and i think need to be tech support for pepole like me 1st time users . i have built 2.6 3335 .
my softwear came without a manual book . its a shame on this company .

i thanks all of you how try to help me .

Hi everyone and the first time in over a year try to get a first class ticket again and it didn't go thru and email Rob and the next day try again and in 5 minutes had a new one again and what kind of credit card you using firemanMRP :)

some of the download i got from the download station i canot find ?

i look in driver its not there . like Blackton Valley V2 i did download it but where is it in the sim ?
