The cheap way:
Highlight the text in Acrobat, and paste into a translator such as the one from Microsoft Bing, or Google.

The more expensive way:

Contact a text translation company.

What language are you translating from, and why?

Trainz comes with a user manual in your locale-specific language.

What version of TRS2006 do you have? The PDF manual in my copy is in English.

Have you looked in '2006 folder\docs\manual cd\ manual.pdf.'
