House for Sale - UK

Good evening everyone.

Is there a for sale sign on the DLS - UK type.

I can find US style ones, but nothing British.

With all of the buildings stashed in the DLS, I cannot believe there's nothing available - even with the sub-prime mortgage problem!

I'm clearly not on form tonight. I can usually find what I need....

Help please!

Try searching gavo under username on the DLS, he has a few of the for sale type signs which are suitable for UK routes.

Hold on - just downloaded & they don't show in game??


Exactly the same symptoms I experienced when trying (and so far totally failing) to get my GMax creations into Trainz. Have given up until winter arrives.


Does any-one else have a problem with these, or know why they don't show? The answer may help to put me back on road to the GMax club!

I downloaded the top one in that list, it shows up, but you have to use the height tool to fetch it from the sky.
If you click to place it, then zoom out you will see it in the sky.

Two problems solved!!!

I can see it, but cannot grab it. It doesn't seem to place below the compass. It's way out in all three dimensions.

I'll do an alt-fly to see how it looks and see if I can read the name. I reckon it could be "Novak & Goode"

More importantly, it could be why my GMax stuff cannot be seen in game. The forum spent ages trying to help me through that problem. I reckon you've set my winter project off to a flying start....

I've just caught up with your post after a break.

Thank you for doing the signs.

I've downloaded the pack from your site which I read with interest - I see you use GMax. I hope to crack my GMax file transfer problems and gain promotion to the elevated rank of "creator/uploader".


Meanwhile the cottage has now been transferred for sale with both new agents. Best offer secures (car not included!)

The road is by roslas. It’s Hungarian wet gravel.

The clear part is: sarkavizesa kuid:128184:37082
The puddly part is: sarkavizesb kuid:128184:37083

There are similar grey muddy splines as well.

Like most nice quality finds, it’s well worth looking at all of the creators work.

Roslas has provided more than 100. There is some nice stuff there.

Very little is described in English, but the thumbnails are top quality – usually a good sign – so you’ll have a pretty good idea of what you’re getting.

By the way, the grass in the middle of the “road” doesn’t come with it.

I used FMA Instant grass S 30x5 kuid2:149987:37041:1

All available on the DLS.
