highway traffic

I downloaded an asphalt 2L road of bnsf50. The road looks great but I can't get any traffic on it. Is that the way it is supposed to be or is there something else I can do to get traffic?

Road Asphalt 2L No Stripe BNSF50,<kuid:39134:101304>

Did you use the No Cars one?

probably that's what I did. I don't think it said (no traffic) but it could have.

I now have traffic on that same highway. It just started suddenly.
