We surely could use more abandoned houses, barns, factories and mining structures for Trainz. As is prototypical here in the USA we can use these assets as collateral for US mortgage bonds.:hehe:

Heres a good one for shortlines.
A decrepit, ill-maintained Engineshed? Looks like its about to collapse, but amazingly the shortline still uses it to house and work on locomotives.
