Hey jointed Rail: SSE Start Up Sounds 2nd try for answer

I just downloaded the Rbmn loco from JR.com (http://jointedrail.com/index.php/fre...tml#main-image) and I love their start up sounds but...

I would like to use them on other locos, How?
