Hey! Can someone make me a African RSA Red Devil? I'd really appreaciate it if someone did do it. Also can someone make me a Shinkansen train(preffarbly a E5 prototype)? Good luck if you do1

Any one who creates those can go on my buddy list(even if you don't make the Shinkansen you can go to it).
Requirements: Note: these only apply for the prototypical E5. Anyway it needs to go at least 302 MPH with fast acceleration and a CUSTOM cab with the TGV sounds.
Also first look up "Shinkansen" at google and find it on wikipida. Next go down to the gallery and look at the E5 picture so you know what it looks like ok?

Seriously, that's a lot of work and your request could be taken the wrong way by many creators around here. I'm also not sure being on your 'buddy list' is the carrot anyone is looking for to do it. The request could appear to be a little demanding which isn't very wise.
