Helpdesk not working???

What's going on with the helpdesk address? I sent an email to helpdesk@auran.com which is the address listed on Planet Auran and I got a message back undeliverable "mailbox not found" ?? :mad:

Great service guys. And oh yes my mail was about you need a warning that when ordering a first class ticket via Paypal it takes forever to get access. This is supposed to be instant, ya know. And now I can't even email the helpdesk. Really great... :confused:
 
http://www.auran.com/helpdesk/ Auran stopped using the email method and switched to the database method because the email based system kept on recieving hundreds of SPAM messages a day.

BTW I also ordered a FCT ticket via PayPal and it worked fine.

Well, according to what it says on the shopping page:

PayPal: when purchasing a First Class Ticket using PayPal, the ticket will not be created until the PayPal payment has been confirmed, this may take 1 to 2 working days.

So I guess it would be normal to expect a delay... :p

I used the helpdesk form, but still haven't recieved a response. I've had problems getting ahold of Auran in the past, under their "contact" link, it says that the contact for North America is a company called Oteeva, but their website has been down for years and there's no way to contact them.

You must activate it first. Helpdesk takes a while to respond, so don't go complaining, as it's no use. The "Contact Us" link is not used anymore or watched over.

The problem was that in my planet auran account, it said that I didn't have any tickets, so there was no way to activate it. About half an hour after making my first post, I got an email from them saying that it's "clearly there" and suddenly it was.

where? I recently went thru the entire (that I could find) PA and passed on the incorrect helpdesk links to alan. Did I miss one? I just checked again and it looks like all the liks are correct.

There are still a couple of links to the old email address which escape our best efforts, however, more importantly, many fan sites and game sites still have links to that address.

With this in mind we have established an auto reply which will inform anyone sending email to that address to contact the new web based form at http://www.auran.com/helpdesk

In the mean time we'll do our best to update any elusive links that come to our attention.
