Every time i download something new it lt shows up as a bunch of nembers or something. Can someone pls help me fix this.

If that's in TS2009 or later, make sure the hardware acclerated texture compression is turned off.

OK - the instructions I have given so far (via the link in my previous post) should work.

If not, you still need to do steps 1-5, then do an extended database repair.

Why can't i get to work the cars and trains that i installed on CM?
they appear, but the game does not see them.

Please register your game and post the build number. After that, provide some more detail! You say they appear, but where do they appear, in the list in railyard but do not display when clicked on? Do they appear in the surveyor list but are they red? If they are not red and you click on them what exactly happens.

You may also have to list your system components such as cpu, amount of ram (not hard disk) graphics cards and the amount of dedicated ram for it!
