Hi,
I use to have an older trzin account with my serial number register for that account to download files. I have then changed my email and dont remember my username or password for my old account. I then tried to register my serial number on my new account so i could download files but it said that the serial number is already registered to another account. Can I re register my serial number so that I can download files with my new auran account?

contact helpdesk about your issue. Once a serial number has been registered it's registered to the user who registered it.

Most likely they're still busy catching up on email from the release of TS2010 over the holidays. Give them more time and I'm sure your problem will be solved.
