help with wav sound files

Hi I need help with getting the sound files to work in my new content, Tom Young has some, the coal unloading and coal loading sound wav files he said I could use it with my wagons.
I'm not sure how he got the sound to work, has anybody else used this sound wav files before? If so could you tell me how to get it to work, chears.
