Help with Trigger

I have a problem with the AI-drivers.

Train aa goes in to track one then train bb coming in to track two 5 minutes after.

I have one trigger on track one and one on track two.
Train aa may not go before the train bb arrived to track one.
I have put "Wait for trigger" in train aa timetable.

It work if train bb rolls, but not if he stands still on the trigger.
