Help with some licenses

Good afternoon, months ago I repainted and adapted an Alco RS3 from the DLS with origin in the undecorated versions, I don't know the original kuid and I don't know if I can publish the locomotive and where.
I also repainted an RS1 by author Whitepass years ago. This locomotive has an N/A license that I don't know what it is or if it's the original.

Let's see if someone can clarify these two questions for me, I would be very grateful for some answer.

@whitepass is still an active creator so just ask him directly. The RS3 is almost certainly the one made by Mark Hoffman (gumbytrain). The kuid is KUID:52779:9901. Mark hasn't been around for a long time but his Alco locomotives has been reskinned by many people. I have no idea if he gave permission or not to the reskinners.

I just checked in TANE and RS3 - Undec Crewless by Gumbytrain was built-in. There is an email address in the config.txt.

In the early days of Trainz, and Mark was there at the very beginning, creators offered an undecorated version specifically for people to reskin. There was more of a sense of community back then and the desire to make the game better with more "stuff" was strong. Make an honest effort to contact Mark but since he hasn't objected to the hundreds of reskins on the DLS now. I doubt if one more would be a problem especially from an avid and talented creator such as yourself.

I understand the "community spirit" and in general I have never denied a reskin on my creations to anyone who has asked for it. I like to do things right so I'll download the RS3 undecorated and send an e-mail to the creator because "to Caesar what is Caesar's".
