help with service pack 2

HI,I tried to download rhe manual patches to trains 2009,,they did not download for service pack 2.Is the automatic download for service pack 2 available? If so,how can I acses it.Any help would be appreciated.Golden01

that service pack gave me a headache when I tried to start trainz 2009 up so I never used this service pack and it ran fine without it but be careful with that!

I had some difficulty with SP2 when I downloaded and tried to install Carbon City. I ended up deleting TRS2009 WBE then re-installed it. Once that was done the automatic patch worked fine bringing the build number to 40040 without any other difficulties. I was also abel to load Carbon City with no problems encountered. When I first installed Carbon City I received a message to the effect that I needed SP2, but it gives the option of installing Carbon City as a separate entity. I selected that option but that may have been a mistake since from then on neither the Carbon City version nor my original TRS2009 worked until I deleted and reinstalled both. Hope that helps some.
