Help with serial number!!!

I own TRAINZ DRIVER NORTH AMERICAN EDITION and have tried 2 put in a serial number that was on the barcode but it didnt submit . Does any1 know if the serial number is some where else or different etc???

Your best bet is to contact helpdesk. Look up above for the link. And the serial number should be on the Manual.
