Help with Hornz?

I am trying to figure out how to use the hornz trigger. I have created a chart of time and distance to figure out seconds' interval vs. MPH. I am using it for setting triggers for grade crossings and other track animations. I am trying to set up the: long, long, short, long sequence, but my tiny brain is having trouble figuring out how to program and place these triggers.
