Help with content not showing up in 2010

I downloaded a bunch of trains from the DLS on Content manager; the Zephyr, Reading Crusader, and SR Bullied Q1 and they all show up in the railyard but not in surveyor. All of the trains have NO missing dependencies or errors. I have no idea what's going on.
