Hoping someone can help. How do i upload a layout ive created to the download station????

Thank you, when i open content dispatcher (V2.2) i get lost any ideas
Hit the ADD ASSET button
Scroll down to where the asset is (in MAPS)
Click on it
Add any more assets that you want to pack with the route
Hit the SAVE PACKAGE, give it a sensible name that you will remember
You will need a screenshot 240x180
Words for description etc

OK im hitting the ADD ASSET button and it only shows a red box called Trainz Custom Content and when i open it up i get nothing. Sorry to seem dim but im struggling with this
