Help needed with Identification.

A couple of summers ago I took two videos of an American locomotive originally built in the 1920's.
The story is that this loco was obtained from a plantation in South Africa then shipped to Wales U.K. for restoration. In fact it was completely rebuilt from the original plans supplied by the American manufacturers.
It now hauls tourist's around on the 'Brecon Mountain Railway'.
I wonder if anybody here might recognise the type.
