help needed with copying kuid name

hi all

using win7 how do i copy the kuid names in a folder where i have renamed them with the cdp kuid and name.

i know it can be done in earlier version with office,
but how do i do that now?
any help is appreciated

this way i will have a list of what cdp's i have and i can check them for missing dependencies
