Help needed to play the TS12!!!!

When i installed the TS12, then Launch the TS12 and
cilck the start button.However it something like this...

*This per-release version df Trainz has expired and cannot be used.
A new version should be available download via the 'Patch Trainz'
button on options dialog.

Then i did like this error message, but it dosen't work.
It should be patch the Trainz to play the TS12?
How to download the patch for Trainz(not doing like error message
did).PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
 
I was wondering that - last time I saw that error in these forums, it was related to either TS2009 or TS2010.

I think this is an issue for Helpdesk to sort out, as it appears to be a beta copy, which if it is, a new copy will be required.

I think you need to return your copy and ask for either a replacement or a refund. A refund would at least allow you try another retailer.

I HIGHLY recommend you buy a legitimate copy of TRS2012, from N3V themselves, not that 'link' you alledgedly obtained it from, if you wish to have any futher assistance from the community as a whole.
 
I've just done a Google search for that link, and the address given does not exist as an active website - there is one with an extra 's' in the name that is highly dodgy (torrent website) - I'm hoping that's not the address used.

If it is, then the OP is in potentially hot water.

i have bought the game and did everything properly soon as i turn on the internet the game exits but the cd key shouldnt be bad cuz came with the game this wat happing to ts 12
 
Guys, if you are having trouble with your serial number, or with a TS12 digital download, please contact the helpdesk ( http://auran.com/helpdesk/default.php ).

If you have purchased the download from another website, then I would also recommend contacting the website you purchased it from, since it may also be an issue on their servers.

Please note, we will not provide support for non legitimate downloads, such as those from torrents, etc.

ok no worry's m8 i got it sorted runs fun i like the game on TS 12 looks cool i was wondering how do i do the multi player game with other players or do i got to do something to unlock it?
 
Well first off you need to register your legit copy with this web site, click the tab at the top of this page marked "Register", then when you have registered your Legit copy of Trainz you can join MP and we will help you all you need!;)

ok done as u can see on my name now ts 12 is now registerd but when i go in game still looks the same so how do i play with others?
