If you have access to the animation files, you might be able to change the frame rate on some of the turbines, decreasing it by 1-5 frames per second. A second option would be to change the starting point of the animation. But it might be that in either case you will need the permission and assistance of the content creator, so it might be best to contact him or her, if possible, and solicit their co-operation.
