Ha i found what i was looking for on rrmods.com in freeware. But i want to reskin one color of it. How? Thanks!

That's where I must've seen the hoppers - RRMods! :D

Anyway you need a photo-editing program such as Gimp (Free), Paintshop Pro (inexpensive), or Photoshop (Expensive) to edit the images.

Once you get the hang of the process, it's a lot of fun 'kit bashing' rolling stock, locomotives and buildings for what you want.

One of the tell-tale signs showing that you're having fun is when you have 6 different railroads just to have an excuse for reskinning hundreds of things.
