Hi Auran.Iam writing to you here because your new Helpdesk does not work when you want to ask something special. My notebook caught fire, so I lost my trainz 2012.I had to buy a new notebook but here comes my problem. My friends little son have been playing with the installation cd for the 2012 version and I can not use it. As I already have registered the broken cd and bought the 2012 version just look at my account details. I now ask you can you send me a new cd or do I really have to buy another copy of the Trainz 2012 and then also register that. Kind Regards Tonny Jensen. [ herlev ]
