If you are into UK stuff (especially UK steam), get S&C. If your into futuristic city looking layouts, get Carbon City. If you into large high quality routes/layouts, (in this case having 29 built-in sessions), get Murchison 2 (09, 010, 12)...

All three are excellent layouts, but IMHO Murchison 2 is the best of the three. (& yes, I do have all three)...
