These also...

I agree Red, we also need partially assembled construction equipment loads like off-road dump truck chassis, large track type tractors & tractor shovels with the cab/roll-over protected structure(ROPS), blade or bucket removed & packed on the deck of the non-bulkhead flatcar.
A lot of wood dunnage is used for position & location support as well as crates containing parts. Chains & binders attached to side stake pockets & even cable clamped into loops as well as metal banding secure the loads for travel.
Tracks can be rolled up into a coil & shipped laying on its side. Several can be shipped making a loaded car. Wheel type equipment sometimes has the tires removed & shipped stacked on deck with the machine. Off road truck tires are shipped in open-type 40' containers.
Track mounted power shovels & backhoes are shipped with the bucket crowded up under the boom for low profile or removed & secured to the deck of the car.
Original equipment manufactures(OEM) paint colors should be used for a start...
A simple letter of acknowledgement would be appropriate to the OEM to let them know your using their emblem...you'll get a letter back saying it's cool. Export equipment is marked, job-site bound loads don't have to be marked but finished machines always have identifying emblems to help identify in case of theft. If you've ever had a problem with branding authorization from a manufacturer, post it here.
We now have the cars used to carry most everything.
Most equipment manufacturers use Adobe.pdf files & even have dimensional drawings of their products on their website.
