What Happened to the Hawes to Appleby Extension for TRS2006?

Hello, I was wondering if the Hawes - Appleby extention is available for TRS2006, i looked on the www.rail-sim.co.uk site and it is nowhere to be found.

It was originally intended to release an extension of the Hawes Junction route as freeware which would have gone as far as Appleby. Unfortunately this was delayed so the extension was then packaged with the entire route from Skipton to Carlisle and released in TC3.
