Having a number of noob issues with new 12 system and gameplay

HI again all,

I have a few issues so far with 12 I will list first here, let me know if I should list them or post each individual.

First issue,
I can not play in full screen mode, when I start- black screen, left for up to 30 minutes, no HD activity, need to force power down and re-boot. In window mode, screen goes black too, but HD light solid and game starts within 30 seconds. Tried lower res video settings but my card should be good.

Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601)
2.60 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core
4096 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Any help appreciated.

You need to go to Planet Auran (link at the top of the page) and register your serial number.

Afterwards, continue to post your other issues in this thread, as it will help keep your issues organized, and they may be related in nature.

Edit: I see in another thread that you have SP1 (build 58something), perhaps your issues are due to the built-in DRM protection, and once you get your registration straightened out it will work.

Contact the Help Desk and wait for them to assist you. No one in the Forums has the power to correct that issue.

He's had some technical difficulties with his registration and has already put in a ticket, or has tried to put in a ticket as of last night.

Stimpy51, you'll have a better chance getting any patches installed and the downloads to work once your software registration is straightened out.

I should, as far as I could find out, at the latest/greatest build 58414 Bought and installed last week.

Also registered user per Auran, has v12 and Ultimate both registered in my profile.
SO, SO I NEED to register to this forum also somehow????

To register the software, all you need do is type in your serial number on the first tab of the Options menu (general > CD Key), on the start screen
-Start screen > Options > General > type in serial number at CD Key > submit
Then on the second tab (Planet Auran), type in your ORIGINAL Username and Password that matches what you originally register at "Planet Auran" on-line with.
...If I understand correctly, you did register on Planet Auran, but are having issues...the in-game registration is the one that might affect it's usability due to DRM...I honestly don't know, just throwing out the idea.
-The Planet Auran registration is the one that will affect your time-line next to your user name, but should not affect game-play.

Noted, hence the reason for the edit acknowledging his dilema, and the possibility it is DRM related due to the registration issue.
-This makes a good example of why it is better to keep posting in one thread, rather than be impatiant, and think a new thread will render different results...makes it a bit of work to keep up with other folks problems...

I am registered with Auran according to my profile, 12 and Ultimate both registered.
I start game as you say, click options, Product key under genral THERE, I click planet Auran, Login successful, user correct.
I AM FINE.

It all went screwy when this site got re-loaded. All else is properly registered and accounted for.
So
What is going on in here? that is the question, I am fine, You are not.
